"Having never entrusted our precious 9 month old with anyone, much less a stranger in a foreign country, we were extremely apprehensive to leave her with just anyone while on vacation.  Being a mother herself, Fay was incredibly sensitive to our anxieties and was an angel!  She offered to come prior to our arranged date to meet my husband, myself and get to know my daughter Alexis.  She arrived with toys, music and a gentleness about her, completely putting our fears to rest.

Once we arrived home from a day at the Great Barrier Reef, we were greeted with a happy baby and the most detailed written account of the entire day.  We felt like we didn't miss a thing and didn't have to guess what had happened.

We would be so fortunate to find someone locally with the same amazing qualities as we found with Fay.  We found her to be a passionate, comfortable and unbelievably detailed.  We cannot recommend her enough and look forward to returning to Port Douglas and catching up with her again."

"We contacted Fay when we arrived in Port Douglas to care for my 13 month old daughter and 9 month old niece. Fay was very responsive to all of our needs (both mommy's and babies'). In advance of taking care of the girls, she came to our hotel to meet us and brought bags of age appropriate toys for the girls to play with for the entire stay. Fay has an amazing, caring aura about her. She openly answered all of our questions and made sure we were totally comfortable with her before deciding to use her as our childcare provider.

On the days that we used her services, Fay kept amazing notes on the girls' daily activities, including a detailed food log for my daughter with eating challenges.
